Alinity was included in a lawsuit filed against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch fan from California submitted a civil complaint asking for $25 million damages from Twitch because they exposed them to "overly suggestive and sexual content by female streamers" as they browsed the site. Dexerto discovered court records which show that the plaintiff who was previously suing Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard along with Blizzard has lodged a formal lawsuit on June 15. Twitch received an official summons by the court on 19th June. Estavillo is, as stated in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed, suffers from a number of medical ailments that make him to rely on internet for entertainment. Also, he has an obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) and a sexual addiction. According to the lawsuit, Twitch makes these issues much worse. The complaint goes on to mention a number of female streamers who it believes "continues to expose viewers who only want to view players playing games on Twitch and instead are confronted by sexually addictive materials and content on a consistent and frequent basis." Alinity does not appear on the list. The complaint demands the streamers listed above to be banned permanently from Twitch for violating the Terms of Service. The complaint also demands to receive $25 million in damages, to "be split evenly between the plaintiff, any other Twitch Turbo subscribers, as well as any funds left." Alinity Alinity Alinity
